Salary Range: $75K – $85K Greenville, SC
Join our locally owned, upscale restaurant group! We're looking for a hands-on Bench General Manager to lead operations, drive performance, and foster a positive, team-driven culture.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure top-tier guest experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Manage costs, inventory, and maximize profitability.
- Create and maintain a positive work culture with strong team collaboration.
