General Manager – Upscale Golf Course Restaurant (Relocation to Youngstown, OH)
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced General Manager to lead an upscale casual restaurant located on a premier golf course in Youngstown, OH. This seasonal restaurant is attached to a banquet facility and indoor golf simulator, requiring a hands-on leader who can oversee all aspects of operations, from front-of-house service to kitchen efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a restaurant subject matter expert with strong multitasking abilities, leadership skills, and a background in both FOH and BOH operations. Relocation candidates welcome!
General Manager Benefits:
- $65,000 – $75,000 base salary plus up to $10,000 in annual bonuses
- Prime leadership role at a well-regarded golf course restaurant with banquet & event facilities
- Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
General Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
- Kitchen experience strongly preferred – must be knowledgeable in BOH operations
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and guest satisfaction while maximizing efficiency
- Manage seasonal restaurant operations, adapting to demand fluctuations
- Ensure smooth coordination between restaurant, banquet facility, and golf simulator services
