General Manager Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager
- Proven success managing restaurants with annual sales in the $4M-$5M range
- Experience with restaurants that have a scratch kitchen is a plus
- Strong financial acumen with a focus on cost management
- Experience with new restaurant openings is a bonus!
