Restaurant Manager – Growing Casual Dining Concept

What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 40 employees, fostering a culture of excellence.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of hospitality, focusing on team engagement and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of restaurant management experience in an upscale or high-volume setting.
Strong leadership and operational skills, with a proven ability to drive results.
Passion for guest service and hospitality—you thrive in a people-first environment!
