Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all culinary operations, including events, seasonal poolside dining, and off-site catering
  • Innovate and update menus and daily specials while accommodating dietary restrictions
  • Manage budgeting, food & labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high standards of quality, sanitation, and member satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Head Chef OR 10+ years in diversified kitchen leadership roles (e.g., Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, Banquet Chef)
  • Culinary degree from an accredited institution and current food safety certification
  • Proven expertise in casual fine dining and banquet operations, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills with a track record of team development and member satisfaction
