The General Manager in this upscale American restaurant chain known for its focus on quality, sustainable, and fresh ingredients. The General Manager primary responsibility is for the overall operation of the restaurant.
The General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

The General Manager Requirements:
- 4+ years as a General Manager or higher position
- Polished casual, upscale, or fine-dining experience preferred
- Experience managing P&L, scheduling, ordering and inventory
- Ability to follow training programs and ensure all team members are trained to the highest standards
