We are a high-energy, fast-casual restaurant in the heart of Boston, committed to serving fresh, high-quality food with speed and hospitality. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Director of Restaurant Operations to oversee all aspects of our their location, ensuring excellence in service, team leadership, and financial performance.
Director of Restaurant Operations Job Responsibilities:
- Lead all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a top-tier guest experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Director of Restaurant Operations Qualifications:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant operations.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and operational excellence.
