VP, REINSURANCE & PROGRAM MANAGEMENT BENEFITS

VP, REINSURANCE & PROGRAM MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of reinsurance experience
  • Proven experience in reinsurance program design, analysis, placement, and execution
  • ARe/CPCU preferred

VP, REINSURANCE & PROGRAM MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with CEO and leadership team to develop and expand the portfolio of insurance programs
  • Consult with the company’s Insurance, Underwriting and Actuarial leads
  • Oversee the buying and annual negotiation processes of reinsurance treaties for both property and casualty lines of business. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with reinsurance brokers and underwriters, and the program administration industry more broadly.
