We are looking for a proactive and skilled Sous Chef to help lead a team to excellence! Our focus is on high-volume steak and seafood.
Sous Chef Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Lead and mentor the culinary team to ensure top-quality standards
- Collaborate with all departments to meet and exceed goals
- Work alongside the Executive Chef to monitor food costs, labor costs, and inventory
- Partner closely with local vendors to secure the best products and competitive pricing
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume fine-dining restaurant
- Expertise in steak, seafood, and seasonal ingredients
