Senior Civil Engineer – Land Development **Remote – must be based in PA**

We are looking for a highly skilled, independent, and creative Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on both the art and science of land development. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead residential land development projects from concept to completion.
  • Sell the vision—effectively present and pitch designs to city officials, municipalities, and community stakeholders who may be hesitant.
  • Design and oversee site development, including grading, environmental considerations, and landscape planning.
  • Work closely with home builders to develop high-quality land plans.
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit, passionate team that values quality, innovation, and craftsmanship.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers while working alongside top industry professionals.
  • Utilize Carlson Civil Suite (AutoCAD-based software) to create and refine designs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7–10 years of experience in civil engineering, land development, or a related field (flexible for the right candidate).
  • A self-starter who can take ownership of projects and drive them forward.
  • Strong communication skills—must be well-spoken, personable, and able to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with environmental regulations, site grading, and land development is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Carlson Civil Suite (or strong AutoCAD experience with the ability to learn quickly).
  • A passion for building something meaningful and long-lasting.
