HR Manager Essential Functions:
- Coordinates and conducts new employee orientation and initial health and safety training
- Recruits, interviews and aids in final selection process of new employees needed to fill vacant or newly created positions
- Drafts and recommends HR SOP's
- Administers all current compensation and benefit programs as well as makes recommendations for program enhancements.
- Plans and manages all employee communication programs related to human resources, i.e. newsletters, job postings, policy memos, goal attainment, etc.
- Handles compliance records and stays updated on new procedures and laws.
- Must be able to communicate with leadership and hourly staff
Some Must haves are a 4-year degree in HR or related field. 3 plus years in the field and leadership over a small time. The ability wear many hats and support the team as needed.
