Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities
- Can drive operational excellence and company profitability

Executive Sous Chef Qualifications
- Must have 1-3 years as an Executive Sous Chef
- Restaurant/Catering volume experience similar
- Needing a solid catering background in an upscale-casual restaurant/hotel/event venue
- Strong candidates can see upward mobility and career advancement
