A leading global manufacturer of advanced electronic components is hiring a Plant Manager to lead a brand-new facility in Erie, PA. Plant Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead plant operations to meet production goals, profitability targets, and company objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Business Development, R&D, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Purchasing, Production).
- Manage complex projects to successful completion, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring process effectiveness, quality improvements, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key customer relations and quality issues, ensuring timely resolution of complaints and inquiries.
Plant Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of industrial technical experience, ideally in Operations leadership within the electronics industry.
- Expertise in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement tools, and quality/technical work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with negotiation experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
