Are you detail-oriented with a passion for precision and process improvement? Join our team as a Specifications Engineer Specialist at our micro-electronics manufacturing facility in Erie, PA!
As a Specifications Engineer Specialist, you will manage and maintain product specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role works cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, and logistics teams, reporting to the Plant Manager.

Specifications Engineer Specialist Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain product specifications and material masters.
- Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and ensure proper documentation.
- Verify master data within ERP and Configuration Management systems.
- Conduct specification reviews for manufacturing and production readiness.
- Support compliance with RoHS, REACH, and other industry standards.
Specification Engineer Specialist Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience (engineering preferred).
- Technical Skills: Experience with BOMs, product drawings, and manufacturing specs; SAP & Smartsheet a plus.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong verbal/written skills, ability to train and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Process-driven with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem-Solver: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
