Digital Operations Specialist Responsibilities:
- Support HR, Operations and Executives
- Streamline PM, operations and scheduling using AI tools to develop scalable workflows
- Plan and coordinate special events
Digital Operations Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Proficiency in cloud-based AI tools to optimize scheduling and project managementscheduling
- Proficiency in Apple and MS Office Suite as well as Notion and Hubspot
- Experiencw in SaaS or Health Tech preferred
Digital Operations Specialist Compensation:
- Competitive Base Salary $50-$60k DOE
- Comprehensive Benefits Package
- 4 Days Weekly in Chicago Office – Fridays remote
