Our client seeks a Health Technology Recruiter to join their rapidly growing team. The most qualified candidates will have a passion for recruiting and be willing to assist in other areas of business operations as needed. Due to the nature of this rapidly growing organization (start-up), most employees are currently working 60-hour work weeks, on-site.
Health Technology Recruiter Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary between $130k-$140k
- Health, dental, and vision insurance

Health Technology Recruiter Requirements:
- At least two years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume, high-growth start-ups
- Varied recruiting experience for roles ranging from operational to technical (engineering)
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other tech-focused recruitment platforms
- Ability to handle the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating, and closing offers
- Managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously, ensuring timely feedback, and organizing candidate pipelines
- Effective negotiation techniques with the ability to influence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively with people at all levels
Health Technology Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Screening: Actively source candidates through various platforms, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess technical skills (if applicable) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, provide candidates with process details and conduct interviews to assess both technical and cultural fit.
- Offer Management: Negotiate job offers, extend offers to selected candidates, and facilitate their onboarding process.
- Candidate Engagement and Communication: Maintain consistent communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience and providing feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Recruitment Strategy and Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics, manage employer branding, and collaborate with HR and leadership to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
