Are you passionate about recruitment and eager to join a health-tech company? We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us build a world-class team. Our client, an innovative sleep fitness company, aims to enhance sleep quality through cutting-edge technology.

The role requires candidates to work 60+ hours per week, onsite 5 days a week in SF or NYC

Technical Recruiter Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, business, or people operations.
  • Technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
  • Strong grasp of technical roles, sourcing techniques, and recruiting tools.
  • Ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Technical Recruiter Qualifications:

  • Located in NYC or SF, with the availability to work in-office five days a week.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
