Join our dynamic casino team and ensure our cutting-edge systems drive a world-class gaming experience! As an IT Support Technician 2 in a fast-paced casino environment, you'll be at the heart of managing hardware/software upgrades, SQL databases, network configurations, and more.
IT Support Technician 2 Responsibilities:
- Oversee major hardware/software upgrades and monitor SQL databases.
- Assist in network design, server installations, and phone system management.
- Troubleshoot productivity software and maintain critical system documentation.
- Ensure seamless data backup and coordinate with external service providers.
IT Support Technician 2 Requirements:
- A strong background in computer and information systems (2-year degree preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft products and SQL.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
