We’re seeking a dynamic Vice President of Product Development to lead our design and engineering teams, overseeing the entire product development lifecycle. This role reports to the EVP of Product Management & Development and is key to delivering innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business success.


Vice President of Product Development – What You’ll Do

  • Drive Innovation: Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of designers and engineers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with quality, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Process Ownership: Oversee the product development process, including stage gate approvals and cost tracking via D365.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Optimize resource allocation and manage the product development budget to maximize ROI.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to keep projects on track.

Vice President of Product Development – What You Bring

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects.
  • Strategic Thinking: A blend of strategic, creative, and results-driven mindset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 20% and pass a pre-employment background check.
