Strong National Brand looking for Vice President of West Coast Operations and Operations Services

This position oversees field operations and the sales team for the West Coast and operations services for the entire company. Looking for candidates with C-store operations leadership experience, VP or DO levels or high level Operations Services role with large chain. Not looking for hospitality or Sales candidates.

  • The position reports to COO and covers 9 state area and 1,000 units
  • Will have 4+ direct reports Sales team and operations team and operations services for the entire company
  • Candidate must be comfortable with heavy travel – 60% – living close to major airport helpful
  • Must have strategic approach – strong leadership skills
  • Must live in California, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Seattle or Portland

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Leadership Role in C-store company – VP or DO level
  • Ability to quickly understand the sales role – they don't need a sales background, but must come up to speed quickly to manage sales team
  • Highly organized and strategic thinking required
  • Proven ability to deliver team results – strategic vision and leadership
