Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- AGM experience in full-service restaurants (3+ years)
- Experience bartending and/or managing a bar inventory
- Great personality with high energy and positive attitude — we get busy, and we like to have fun
- Hands-on management style — on the floor with the team
- Focus on supporting the team to create outstanding guest experiences
- Night and weekend availability — flexible schedule
