Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:

  • AGM experience in full-service restaurants (3+ years)
  • Experience bartending and/or managing a bar inventory
  • Great personality with high energy and positive attitude — we get busy, and we like to have fun
  • Hands-on management style — on the floor with the team
  • Focus on supporting the team to create outstanding guest experiences
  • Night and weekend availability — flexible schedule
