Facilities Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure.
- Develop PM schedule and conduct inspections
- Manage vendors and contactors and ensure effective utilization
- Develop and maintain facilities budget
- Oversee Safety compliance
- Train, develop, and manage facilities team
Facilities Supervisor Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 5+ years of facilities management experience in similar work environment
- Proficiency in building systems & preventive maintenance
- Certifications in HVAC and in facilities management (e.g., FMP, CFM) preferred
