Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas & Maritime
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive client growth in the oil & gas and maritime industries. This role focuses on account development and new business acquisition, with a strong emphasis on digital training and HR tech solutions. What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of success.
B2B sales experience within oil & gas, maritime, or related industries preferred.
SaaS background highly desirable, particularly in selling digital solutions or enterprise software.
Solution selling expertise – background in training, competence, or HR solutions is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers across industries.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a consultative sales approach.
Organized and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
