Looking for a strong operational GM for Market Street Oyster Bar. This is a relocation to Corpus Christi.
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities
- Driving operational excellence
- Developing talent and leaders
- Can develop and uphold system and procedures
- Organized, excellent communicator, and team player
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications
- Must have 10 years as a salaried restaurant General Manager
- Restaurant volume experience of $8 million in annual sales
- People focused, hospitality driven, and have integrity
- Must be able to handle stairs
- Seafood experience a plus but not a deal breaker
