What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2+ year as a Restaurant General Manager or AGM in a high-volume bar or entertainment setting.
- A strong leader with a results-driven mindset and the ability to develop and inspire teams.
- Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on delivering an unforgettable experience.
- A blend of independent and corporate casual dining experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume operations without compromising quality.
- A brand ambassador who embodies excellence, growth, and hospitality.
- A vibrant personality with a keen understanding of contemporary music trends and the ability to relate to a diverse, energetic team.
What You’ll Do as General Manager:
- Oversee daily operations, sales, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop FOH & BOH teams.
- Ensure top-tier guest experiences and service standards.
- Manage budgets, inventory, payroll, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws.
