Restaurant General Manager
A high-volume, upscale restaurant in the heart of Boston seek a dynamic General Manager to lead operations, develop the team, and enhance the guest experience. This role focuses on team leadership, financial accountability, true hospitality, and maintaining brand integrity to ensure overall success.
Restaurant General Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $95,000 – $120,000
- Health & Dental Insurance

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead with professionalism, integrity, and a passion for hospitality.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and financial management.
- Foster a positive team culture while ensuring accountability and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of service, food safety, and brand consistency.
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume restaurant management.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and team development skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and financial oversight.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and conflict resolution.
