Are you a passionate and talented Sous Chef looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise? A premier private golf club known for its exceptional dining experiences is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their team in Bristol, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing seasonal menus, special events, and daily service
  • Maintain the highest food quality and presentation standards
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure teamwork and efficiency
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to innovate and elevate the dining experience

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a club environment
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and menu development
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and train a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification (preferred)
