We are searching for an established Hotel General Manager who will bring high energy, passion, and a hands-on approach as the leader of the Full Service Hotel! Ocean view with approximately 100 rooms and 2 full bars, rooftop pool and fabulous restaurant are just some of the amenities. Candidate must have experience with a hotel in a leisure market and able to deal with the seasonality of that challenge, F&B experience, and full service background. Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Overall Leadership and accountability for the property
  • Training, developing and mentoring of all employees
  • Complete financial responsibility through creating budgets, driving revenue, and managing expenses
  • Oversees all property appearance and maintenance

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

  • 6+ years Hotel General Manager experience, with 5 of those years with Hilton brands
  • Understands food cost/handling/scheduling, ability to oversee F&B operation
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinker with analytical skills
  • Bi-lingual a plus

Hotel General Manager Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of $100 – 110K based on experience. Plus 25% bonus
