Customer Service Representative Team Lead Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the customer support team to ensure excellent service delivery!
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention!
- Oversee and optimize daily operations of the customer support assigned team!
- Participating and executing ongoing calls with customers as a main point of contact!
- Provide coaching and training to enhance team performance!
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently!
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve service levels!
- Report directly to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations!
Customer Service Representative Team Lead Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of experience in customer support or customer service lead, experience running a call center is a plus!
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a growing team!
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills!
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset!
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements!
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools!
- Experience in wellness, holistic health, retail or related industries is a plus!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site corporate environment, Monday-Friday!
