KM Requirements:
- Support and leadership of more than 20 team members at a time
- Leadership skills and being a motivator
- Training and Development of team members
- Plate presentation is flawless for every guest

KM Qualifications:
- 2 years scratch kitchen experience as KM
- Servant style leadership
- No more than 2 jobs in last 5 years
- Bilingual preferred but not mandatory
