A new culinary destination is coming to the vibrant city of Miami, and we're seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to lead our team!

Assistant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Fluency in both Italian and English (spoken and written) is essential to communicate with both staff and guests, and to ensure the authenticity of the Italian-inspired menu.
- Minimum of 3 years of assistant general management experience in a full-service, high-end restaurant or hospitality environment, with a track record of success.
- A strong leader who can inspire and develop a team, manage conflict, and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, profit and loss, and inventory management.
- A deep passion for food, wine, and delivering exceptional guest service.
- Collaborate with the chef and ownership team to develop and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness and drive business.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
