HIGH VOLUME DISTRICT MANAGER BENEFITS:

HIGH VOLUME DISTRICT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

Full Service, multi unit/venue leadership experience of 25 mil+
Strong beer/wine/spirits knowledge
Hands on leader to train our Manager's how to lead their entire team and hold the team accountable
Strong leadership and team building skills – strong people development skills
Ownership mentality
Keen financial acumen
Coach/mentor/teacher with a positive leadership style and a track record of building strong, cohesive teams
Understanding of a HIGHLY seasonal business with yearly ramp up period
Attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills

HIGH VOLUME DISTRICT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for leading a team of General Manager's
Overseeing 3 restaurants with 2 more coming soon!
Responsible for P and L
