We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our mid-sized agency in Delray Beach, Florida. We provide comprehensive insurance solutions to doctors, dentists, surgeons, and other medical practitioners. Responsibilities for the Insurance Account Executive:

  • Develop new relationships and nurture existing client relationships
  • Resolve problems for customers and provide insurance solutions
  • Issue and review binders, auto ID cards, COIs, and EOPs
  • Process change requests
  • Provide support to clients and answer all insurance questions
  • Collaborate with account managers and other staff to ensure clients are supported
  • Qualifications for the Insurance Account ExecutiBuild relationships and resolve problems for customers
  • Issue and reviews binders, auto ID cards, COIs, and EOPs
  • Process change requests
  • Support insureds with coverage and billing questions

Qualifications for the Insurance Account Executive:

  • Minimum of three years of commercial lines account management experience
  • Ability and desire to participate in all aspects of the business
  • Great attitude and communication skills
  • Active 2-20 license
