We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Orland Park, IL. Ideal candidates come from high-volume, full-service corporate restaurant concepts and are eager to contribute to a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding work culture.

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 3+ years of experience as a full-service Restaurant Manager, leading a team of 30+ staff
🔹 Proven ability to manage both front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house operations
🔹 Experience overseeing $2M+ in annual sales volume
🔹 Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze P&L reports and identify opportunities for cost improvements
