RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, coach, and direct the team
- Support P&L management
- Help drive top-of-line sales through marketing efforts within the 4 walls, 4 blocks, and 4 miles
RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years GM experience in upscale scratch kitchen dining
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for providing best-in-class service
- Commitment to professional and personal self-development
