RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, coach, and direct the team
  • Support P&L management
  • Help drive top-of-line sales through marketing efforts within the 4 walls, 4 blocks, and 4 miles

RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years GM experience in upscale scratch kitchen dining
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for providing best-in-class service
  • Commitment to professional and personal self-development
