We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate to support financial analysis, transaction execution, and industry research. This role involves working closely with senior team members to evaluate financial data, assist in due diligence, and develop key insights that drive strategic decisions.
Senior Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine financial models to assess valuation and business performance.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and materials for clients and investors.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitive dynamics, and investment opportunities.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Utilize financial reporting tools to extract and interpret critical business insights.
Senior Associate Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, transaction advisory, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in conducting in-depth industry research.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data effectively.
- Familiarity with financial databases and proficiency in PowerPoint is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Seacoast, NH area.
