Executive Chef – Lead a High-Energy Culinary Team!
Are you a driven performer with a true passion for hospitality? We are seeking a strong, experienced Executive Chef to lead our high-energy brand and build a team that thrives on excellence. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in maintaining and growing a dynamic scratch kitchen and high-volume operation.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Develop & mentor the back-of-house team, holding them accountable for excellence
- Manage all aspects of off-site event execution, ensuring precision and cleanliness
- Represent the brand with honesty and integrity
- Maintain strict adherence to food preparation standards, plating techniques, and recipes
- Collaborate with the catering manager to ensure guest satisfaction
- Proactively address any issues that impact food quality and service
- Oversee scheduling to ensure proper BOH coverage for events and service
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Chef role
- Proven ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- High-volume experience required – ability to thrive under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Scratch kitchen experience a must
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $80,000–$95,000, based on experience
