Spa Manager Compensation:
- Generous salary – income tax-free

Spa Manager Qualifications:
- Ensure the team is trained to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Experience delivering a high monthly profit – so control of expenses and ability to build sales
- Proven experience in month-end closing procedures
- Organizing and Programming Retreats
- Establish and coordinate active and treatment-based wellness program
- Maintain inventory using Excel and Microsoft Word.
