Director of Finance Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of executive-level accounting/finance experience in the gaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of Great Plains and FRx reporting software is a plus.
- Ability to interpret and comply with gaming regulatory requirements.
- Tribal casino experience preferred
Director of Finance Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial transactions, including revenue generation, accounts payable, payroll, and expenses.
- Ensure timely regulatory reporting in compliance with NIGC, IGRA, FinCEN, and other agencies.
- Provide financial analysis to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Lead and mentor teams across Accounting, Cage, Drop, Revenue Audit, and Purchasing Departments.
