Director of Finance Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of executive-level accounting/finance experience in the gaming industry.
Strong knowledge of Great Plains and FRx reporting software is a plus.
Ability to interpret and comply with gaming regulatory requirements.
Tribal casino experience preferred

Director of Finance Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial transactions, including revenue generation, accounts payable, payroll, and expenses.
Ensure timely regulatory reporting in compliance with NIGC, IGRA, FinCEN, and other agencies.
Provide financial analysis to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
Lead and mentor teams across Accounting, Cage, Drop, Revenue Audit, and Purchasing Departments.
