We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead off-premise catering events. We are looking for someone who can lead a team and ensure all quality standards and procedures are executed consistently and with professionalism. If you are a strong leader, please apply!

Executive Catering Chef Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the back of the house team, mentor and teach them, and hold them accountable to promote internal growth
  • Effectively manage all aspects of set up, service, and breakdown of off-site events with great precision and cleanliness
  • Represent the brand with honesty and integrity
  • Understand and adhere to all food preparation standards, plating techniques, and recipes
  • Actively participate in meetings with the catering manager to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Proactively address issues that impact food quality and guest service
  • Manage schedule to ensure the proper event coverage
  • Build menus and recipes and be proficient in managing COGSs

Executive Catering Chef Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of catering experience
  • Off-premise experience is a MUST!
  • Strong Leadership – must be able to manage, coach, mentor and hold each team member accountable.
  • The ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
  • Have recent experience in high-volume catering as a catering chef
  • Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Highly motivated to succeed with strong attention to detail
  • Professional in appearance and conduct
