We're Hiring a General Manager!
Are you a dynamic General Manager with experience in activity based entertainment, or adventure Sports? Join us to lead our elite athletes and drive $2M+ in annual revenue while creating unforgettable customer experiences!
What you'll do:
- Manage the P&L and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to boost acquisition, retention, and brand recognition.
- Foster community engagement and build strong local relationships.
- Lead a high-performing team, ensuring safety and exceptional service.
- Analyze marketing efforts to optimize spend and improve ROI.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years as a General Manager in a activity focused environment.
- Proven success in managing P&L and driving growth with demonstrative results.
- Strong leadership and safety-first mindset.
