This opportunity requires either commuting to or living in Blackwell, OK. It is an ON-SITE position.
We’re seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee financial operations and lead a small team. This role offers long-term stability and leadership potential in a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management
- Ensure GAAP compliance and support financial planning
- Lead and develop a team of 6-8 accounting professionals
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 3-5+ years in accounting, preferably in a leadership role
- Skills: Strong knowledge of financial statements, reporting, and Excel
