Museum Food Service GM Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- BA in Hospitality Management and/or equivalent
- 5+ Years management experience in a food service role
- Experience in entertainment venues and catering events
- Strong Business Acumen: P&L experience preferred
- Leader/Mentor/Coach
- Foster people with a teamwork culture
- Compliance with company standards, policies, and guidelines
- Exceptional standards for food quality, service, and customer excellence in all areas
