IT & Business Project Manager (On-Site)
We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished IT & Business Project Manager with a passion for steering IT and enterprise-wide business projects to success. This pivotal role demands not only technical expertise but also exceptional business insight, enabling you to guide our initiatives from conception through to successful execution. Education/Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, focusing on IT and business projects is required.
- PMI PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is required
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet) and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong practical understanding of formal project management methodologies such as the PMI PMBOK and Agile, preferred.
- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food services industries is a plus.
- Prefer 5+ years of related project experience and in-depth knowledge of enterprise-wide systems such as RMS/ERP, Point of Sale, CRM, Supply Chain, Business Intelligence – BI – Data Warehouse. Enterprise-wide integrations or implementation experience.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and managing cross-functional teams.
It is not a remote position, but it requires being on-site in Greensboro, NC.
