We are seeking an experienced software engineer to develop and implement end-to-end projects pertinent to insuretech products. The role blends substantial technical contribution with product awareness and leadership. The ideal candidate would have worked with unstructured data, large-scale datasets, and applications of LLMs on real-world data. You should be able to experiment and iterate quickly.

Qualifications and Responsibilities for the DevOps Principal Engineer:
- Shape the technical direction of the company.
- Guide other engineers through code review and roadmap planning.
- Design robust, scalable systems with security protocols to protect platforms and data.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in software development and leadership
- Proven record of end-to-end product development and delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Complete command of Full-stack development, AI/model engineering, Production systems development, AWS, PostgreSQL, Python, workflow orchestration, and AI model/prompt engineering.
- Typescript is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills
- A strong ability to architect, prioritize, and deliver solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
