Bookkeeping Accounting Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive Salary: $75,000–$83,000 annually (dependent on experience) + performance-based bonuses

Bookkeeping Accounting Manager Responsibilities & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in full-cycle accounting or bookkeeping
- Bookkeeping Skill: Proven ability with full-cycle bookkeeping
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Client Engagement: Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Core Skills: Expertise in transactional bookkeeping, month-end close processes, financial reporting, and analysis
- Experience overseeing projects and meeting deadlines
- Multi-Unit Environments: Familiarity with managing multi-unit or multi-client accounting systems
- Flexibility: Willingness to assist with transactional tasks when necessary to meet client needs and deadlines
