Grocery Manager – Lead a High-Performing Team!
A nationwide grocery distributor is looking for an experienced leader to oversee a fast-paced retail and warehouse operation. If you're passionate about team leadership, efficiency, and community engagement, this is your opportunity to make an impact!

What You’ll Do:
- Manage inventory, merchandising, financials, and loss prevention
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Build strong customer relationships and foster community connections
- Drive compliance with corporate policies and operational standards
What You Bring:
- Proven expertise in P&L, inventory control, hiring/training, and payroll
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- 5+ years of warehouse or retail management experience
