Assistant General Manager Needed for a Trendy New Restaurant in Newnan, GA!

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and fostering a welcoming work environment.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, food orders, labor and sales reports, and payroll processing.
- Handle opening and closing duties, balancing cash drawers and managing bank deposits.
- Engage, empower, and motivate your team with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Maintain an organized and resourceful approach to solving problems and managing priorities.
- Stay focused on personal growth and learning, with opportunities for career advancement.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of management experience in a fast-casual restaurant setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including openings, closings, and holidays.
- A passion for leadership and delivering top-notch guest service.
