As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of venue operations, including hospitality, entertainment, food & beverage, staff leadership, and guest satisfaction. You will drive revenue, enhance team performance, and maintain a culture of exceptional service and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution across all departments, food & beverage, events, and guest services.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
  • Maintain a hands-on leadership approach, engaging with guests and employees to enhance experiences.
  • Implement and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.

Financial & Business Management

  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls to drive profitability.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to optimize revenue streams.
  • Drive membership sales, event bookings, and repeat customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and liquor licensing requirements.

Guest Experience & Brand Growth

  • Champion outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable and engaging experience.
  • Lead marketing initiatives, promotions, and partnerships to attract and retain guests.
  • Handle guest feedback and conflict resolution to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Innovate and introduce new offerings, events, and experiences to keep the venue fresh and exciting.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in hospitality, sports entertainment, or high-volume food & beverage operations.
  • Proven success in leading teams, driving revenue, and optimizing operations.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial management, and P&L oversight.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for guest experience, team development, and brand growth.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
