Our client is looking for an experienced IT Specialist for their historic family friendly environment. The facility is located between the Bay Area and the Central Valley of CA.

IT Specialist benefits:

IT Specialist responsibilities:

  • Perform the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including managing work order tickets and external vendors.
  • Oversee network infrastructure, ensuring proper functionality of servers, POS, PMS, and telecommunications systems.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies to secure technological infrastructure.
  • Plan, budget, and execute IT projects effectively.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures.
  • Stay updated on IT trends and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with departments to address technology needs.
  • Provide IT support and training to employees.

IT Specialist Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of IT experience, with management experience as a plus.
  • Proficient in networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT project management.
  • Familiar with hospitality/property management (Radiant, RMS) and POS systems (Aloha).
  • Experienced with Windows Server, SQL, and accounting software.
